In Japan, you would normally need a joint guarantor for leasing agreements, but we have properties where you can use a guarantor agency instead of providing your own guarantor in Japan.
Pay with your credit card or use e-payment
e-heya.net introduces properties where you can make credit card payments for the initial payment such as rental deposit and key money, as well as your monthly rent and other fees for repair and damage when you move out.

※The initial payment includes the deposit, key money, rent, brokerage fees, and neighborhood association fees.
※The subscription fee, fire insurance premium, and other options (water filter, etc.) are not included.
※You may not be able to use the card depending on the terms and conditions of your contract with the credit card company.
※Rent is also excluded in some properties.
